A: No, Iron Dog Fitness by Orozco comes to you, whether it be at home, a park or your place of work.

A: No, Equipment is not neccessary for me to train you.  There are many exercises that can be performed by the use of your own body weight but I do bring alot of fun equipment we can incorporate into your workouts so that they are fun and creative.

A: Yes, I personally enjoy training married couples, newly weds to be, and even co-workers in groups, etc.  This helps make the workouts even more fun and exiting.  Group training also encourages the creation of support groups.  It also helps individuals become more competitive with themselves as it stimulates social support.

A: Iron Dog Fitness is commited to a succesful outcome.  Your goals are my mission.  You give me a goal and I will help you achieve it!  I like to make the workouts challenging and exciting.  I also make consistent changes in your exercise routine to ensure that we stay focused on a path to success!  Motivation is a key factor in success and that is my drive.

A: This varies on your personal training needs but I strongly reccomend a minimum of 2 sessions per week and the length is based on your goals.  This question can be best answered when we sit down and discuss your needs.
