This is another of my favorite training tools. Power Wheel

 

The Power Wheel is a great way to train you core and various muscle groups when used correctly.  The musculature of the abdominals and the hip flexors are what is being trained as shown in the pictures but if you add movements such as push-ups you can give your chest a great workout while also training the core muscles.  You can also make exercises like the pike and the plank more challenging. 

 

If you are concerned about training your glute muscles (butt) or your hamstrings, again this will give you a challenge that can't be duplicated by doing a hip extension or leg curl on a stable surface.  The glutes and hamstrings are challenged by the Power Wheel but the one advantage with this exercise is the required stability to perform such exercises as leg curls and hip extensions that can't be duplicated on a machine.
